Perm Off Clients Still Getting Birthday Letters

PROBLEM

  • Client is set to Perm Off, but they still show on the birthday procedures list. 

CAUSE

Birthday Procedure has not been marked as “Done.”

SOLUTION

  1. Open the Contact Group Info Sheet.
  2. Find the Office Procedure for the client. 
    • To make it easier to find the Office Procedure you can use the filter to look for only Office Procedures.  Be sure to set all filters back after completing the steps so that other Contact Groups are not filtering for Office Procedure only.

  3. Find the Birthday Procedure (it should show as Open). 
  4. Right click and mark “Done.” 
  5. The Office Procedure should now show as “Done.”
  6. Repeat for any other Birthday or Anniversary Procedures on the Contact Group Info Sheet.
  7. The client should no longer show up on the Birthday Procedures list.
