LaserApp is not Adding New Contacts

PROBLEM

  • LaserApp is not adding in new contacts.

SOLUTION

  1. Move the current ICF file to another location.
    • To find the current ICF file, click on Start>Computer and make sure that Computer is selected on the left.
      • For Windows 10: Right click on Start and choose File Explorer, then click on This PC from the left.
    • In the search bar at the top right, type in *.icf and press enter. It will then locate the file and show you which folder it is located in.
  2. Run the gor2laserapp.exe file (most likely on your desktop).
    • This will create a new ICF file.
  3. Sync again.

Note: The Contact Group must have Outlook types set for every individual, address, phone number, and email address or else they will not show up in LaserApp.
