How to Create a New Team

- How do I create a new team in Gorilla?
ANSWER
Adding a new team to Gorilla is done through the Team Management option in Gorilla.- Click on the Tools>Team Management.
- Click on the New>Team.
- Fill out these fields:
- Team Name. This is the name of the team you are creating.
- Team Owner. Every team must have an assigned owner. Choose one from the drop-down menu beside the field.
- Letter Merge Fields: Fill in each of the fields for these positions with the desired team members. Please note that these will be merged into messages exactly as entered here.
- Click Save. The team will be added at the end of the tree-view in the left-hand panel.
- You can now add staffgroups to the newly created.
