How to Create a New Team

  • How do I create a new team in Gorilla?

ANSWER

Adding a new team to Gorilla is done through the Team Management option in Gorilla. 
  1. Click on the Tools>Team Management.
  2. Click on the New>Team.
  3. Fill out these fields:

    • Team Name. This is the name of the team you are creating.
    • Team Owner. Every team must have an assigned owner. Choose one from the drop-down menu beside the field.
    • Letter Merge Fields: Fill in each of the fields for these positions with the desired team members. Please note that these will be merged into messages exactly as entered here.
  4. Click Save. The team will be added at the end of the tree-view in the left-hand panel.
  5. You can now add staffgroups to the newly created.
