How To Sync Emails Older Than 72 Hours

  • How can I sync emails from a year ago?

ANSWER

You can sync emails that are more than 72 hours old; however, it does take some manipulation in the backend of the database.
Because of this, the database would need to come in for repair.

Once you have completed a first time sync, send your database in for repair.

  • Call Software Support at 801-553-9888 for assistance with sending in your database.
  • Once the repair has been completed, we will call you back to help you get your repaired database restored on your network.
  • Note: All database repairs have a 24-hour turnaround time, excluding weekends and holidays.
