How to Setup Email Auto Sync

  • How do I set up Gorilla to sync with my Outlook emails?

ANSWER

Email sync is separate from Calendar/Contact sync.

The automatic synchronization occurs 10 minutes after you log on to Gorilla and then every 3 hours.

To set up email sync, go through the following:

  1. Click on Tools then select options.
  2. Click on Other Window Options.
  3. Click on Email Synchronization.
  4. Fill in the requested information.

NOTE Emails that are sent from the Gorilla client will not sync within Gorilla. The reason for this is because history is already created with the name of the letter sent, who it was sent to, and the address that it went to.
