How to Download and Install a Letter in Gorilla® 4.x

  • Where do I download letters from?

ANSWER

  1. Download the Letter.
    • Go to the Client Portal:  https://clients.billgoodmarketing.com/client-portal/
    • Hover over Content Library and then select Letters Library. 

    • Scroll down to the Search bar and enter in a keyword for the letter you are looking for. You can also use the categories on the left to find letters on a specific topic. 
    • Once you have located your desired letter, click on it to open letter's page. 
      • On the new page that has opened, you will see a description of the letter followed by all available versions of the letter.
        • The Preview versions will download a PDF file, which cannot be used within Gorilla.  The purpose of the Preview is to review the letter before you decide to download a usable copy.
        • Click on the Download button next to the Template version that you want to use. It will automatically download the file in your default download location (c:\users\<username>\downloads).


  2. Import the Letter.
    • Open the Document Manager.
    • Click Import>Import Document
    • Browse to the letter that you just extracted and click Open.
    • You will now have the Define Message screen, click OK and the letter will be imported.
