How to Use Download Manager in Gorilla®

  • How do I download a letter in Gorilla?

ANSWER

  1. Open the Document Manager
  2. Click on the Import Button

  3. From the drop-down, choose “Letters Library.”

  4. Click "Yes" on the pop up to do a full Document refresh

  5. If you do not get the message to do a full document refresh, click the Refresh button at the and then it will ask you to confirm.
  6. Select the letter you would like to download.  (If necessary, you can click the Preview button to verify that it is the correct letter.)

  7. Click the Download button and select the version you would like to download. (If the list is empty try doing a full document refresh by clicking the Refresh Button. If that doesn’t work, call Software Support.)
  8. You will see the Define Message window appear. Click the “OK” button.
  9. The Letter is now imported into Document Manager.  You may proceed normally.
