Download Manager Does Not Have Any Letters to Choose

PROBLEM

  • When going into the Download Manager in Gorilla there are no letters to choose from. 

SOLUTION

Usually refreshing the Document Manager will resolve this issue.

  1. Close and reopen the Document Manager.
  2. Go to “Import” and click on “Letter’s Library.”
  3. Select “Yes” to do a full refresh.
  4. If you do not get the option to do a full refresh, click the Refresh button at the top of the window and then you will be prompted to do the full refresh.
  5. Close and reopen Gorilla. 

If the Download Manager still does not have any letter versions:

  1. Have everyone exit out of Gorilla.
  2. Run the Database Analyzer & Database Fixer. 
  3. Once Analyzer and Fixer are complete run a Database Compact.
  4. Restart Gorilla.
