• How do I Install Speedbuttons into Gorilla?

ANSWER

1. Before proceeding, do a database backup.
   
   • For instructions on doing a backup, see the Knowledgebase article  How to do a Backup in Gorilla 4 .
2. Close all running instances of Gorilla.
3. Click the  Start  menu in Microsoft Windows.
4. From  All Programs , locate your  Bill Good Marketing Gorilla CRM  folder.
5. Select the  Import Utility .
6. In the Import File click the  ellipsis  (three dot box).
7. In the Select Import Database Path window, go to your Desktop.
8. Select the  .mdb  file that you extracted earlier.
9. Click  Open .
10. Uncheck the  Import into Playground?  checkbox if it is selected.
11. Click  Next .
12. Make the appropriate changes to your team’s  Staff Group  assignments if needed.
13. Click  Next .
14. Uncheck any options in the  Fix Duplicates  screen if needed.
15. Click  Next .
16. Click  Finish .
17. Click  Close .

Once you are finished, the Speedbutton(s) you selected will be in Gorilla and you can then modify and use them.
