This speedbutton is actually located within the Document Library. The instructions below will show you how to download it, install it, and adding it to the Goodwill Speedbutton Group.

Downloading the Condolence Speedbutton

1. Go to the  Document Library .
   
2. Search for Condolence.
   
3. Download the version that matches your version of Gorilla (4.0 and 4.2 respectively).
   
4. When prompted, save the Condolence-Death_is_Nothing_At_All_for_4[x].zip file to your desktop.
   
5. Right click on the Condolence-Death_is_Nothing_At_All_for_4[x].zip folder and click Extract All.
   
6. Click the browse button and choose Desktop, then click Open.
   
7. Click Extract and then close the File Explorer window. 
   

Installing the Condolence Speedbutton

1. Before proceeding, do a database backup.
   
   • For instructions on doing a backup, see the Knowledgebase article  How to do a Backup in Gorilla 4 .
     
2. Close all running instances of Gorilla.
   
3. Click the Start menu in Microsoft Windows.
   
4. From All Programs, locate your Bill Good Marketing Gorilla CRM folder.
   
5. Select the Import Utility.
   
6. In the Import File click theellipsis (three dot box).
   
7. In the Select Import Database Path window, go to your Desktop.
   
8. Select the Condolence-Death_is_Nothing_At_All_for_4[x].mdb file.
   
9. Click Open .
   
10. Uncheck the Import into Playground? checkbox if it is selected.
    
11. Click Next.
    
12. Make the appropriate changes to your team’s Staff Group assignments if needed.
    
13. Click Next.
    
14. Uncheck any options in the Fix Duplicates screen if needed.
    
15. Click Next.
    
16. Click Finish.
    
17. Click Close.
    

Moving the Condolence Speedbutton to the Goodwill Speedbutton Group

1. Open the  Tools  menu and select  Speedbuttons .
   
2. Open  Speedbuttons  menu and select  Drag and Drop Moves .
   
3. Collapse the Speedbutton Folders, Groups and Speedbuttons so you are only viewing the  Condolence  and  Goodwill  Speedbutton Groups as shown here:
   
   
   
4. Click and drag the  Cond-Death is Nothin  Speedbutton into the Goodwill Speedbutton Group.
   
5. Verify the  Cond-Death is Nothin  Speedbutton has moved to the Goodwill Speedbutton Group and no longer appears in the Condolence Speedbutton Group.
   
6. Right click on the Condolence Speedbutton Group and select  Delete Group .
   
   
   
7. On the Gorilla CRM pop-up asking if you are sure you want to delete the Condolence Speedbutton Group click  Yes .
   
   
   

Once you have completed the steps above your Goodwill Speedbutton Group will not contain the  Cond-Death is Nothin  Speedbutton.
