How to Add or Change Nickname Rights

  • How do I change the nickname rights on a contact group?
  • When sending a message, the contacts full name is showing up rather than their nickname.

ANSWER

  1. Locate the contact group you would like to change nickname rights on through the Finder.
  2. Right-click on the contact group, select Maintain Contact Group Section, then choose Contact Group.
  3. On the bottom of the Maintain Contact Group page, select the Staff Groups that get nickname rights for this contact group in the Nickname Rights checkbox list.  
Please Note: Changes made in the address bundle are not captured until you go into the send message screen and re-choose the letter.
