How to Add or Delete a Staffgroup

  • I just created a new team, how do I add a staffgroup for it?
  • We have staff group that we no longer need, how can we delete it?
     

ANSWER

Adding a Staff Group
  1. Click on Tools>Team Management
  2. Click on New>Staff group
  3. Choose a Team from the Team Drop Down.

  4. Choose a Post.
    • NOTE: This is a green field, which means you create a new post by pressing the F4 button if needed.
  5. Enter in a group name - This will be the name that you see when you assign actions to staff groups.
  6. Click Add.

Now that you have created a staff group, you can add members to it by highlighting the new staff group, and then check the names on the right side of the screen.

 Deleting a Staff Group

  1. Click on Tools>Team Management
  2. Highlight the staff group you want to delete.
  3. Click the Delete button at the bottom right side of the screen, you will get the following warning:

  4. Click Yes on this window and you should get something similar to this:

  5. Click OK on this window and then click OK to select a new Staff Group.
  6. In the next window, you can choose a new staff group to assign the associated records to.
  7. Highlight the staff group to assign the records to and click Select.

The old staff group is now deleted from the system.
