Document Manager is Not Showing the Correct Number of Pages for a Letter

PROBLEM

  • I created a new letter using a master template. The template is one page and the new letter is multiple pages. When I print the new letter, only the first page prints.

SOLUTION

If the Document Manager shows only 1 page on a multi-page letter, please follow the instructions below:
  • Highlight the letter and click Edit > Edit Single.
  • Without making any changes, click Add-ins > Save and Exit to Gorilla.
  • Once you are back to the Define Message window, click OK.
    • Note: The document should now show 2 or more pages.
