How to Delete a Letter from Gorilla®

ANSWER

  1. Open the Document Manager by clicking on the Messaging menu, and then selecting Document Manger. 
  2. Locate the letter that you wish to delete and highlight it. 
  3. There are two ways to delete the letter: 
    • Click the delete button at the top of the Document Manager. 
    • Right click on the letter, and select delete.
