Window Doesn't Appear and Gorilla Seems to be Frozen

PROBLEM

  • The reports window isn't coming up when running a report.
  • The note window is not appearing when I try to add/edit a note.
  • The action window is not appearing when I try to add/edit an action.

SOLUTION

Most likely the window is coming up on a second monitor that may no longer exist, or is coming up behind Gorilla. 

  1. To fix this, press “Alt” then “Space” then “M.” 
  2. Now press one of the arrow keys on your keyboard.  Then when you move your mouse, the window will pop up and go where your cursor goes. 
  3. When you have the window in view, left-click one time on the mouse and it will lock the window in place.
