  • How do I run a custom report?

ANSWER

  1. Start Gorilla and login.
  2. Locate the “Reports” menu option on the menu bar. Click on it, then click on the “Custom Reports” menu option in the drop-down menu.

  3. The “Gorilla Custom Reports” window will appear. To locate the custom report you wish to use, click on the small button with the three dots on it, next to the “Report Location” menu box.

  4. The “Select Gorilla Report” window will appear. Scroll through the lists of reports until you locate the one you wish to use and click the button labeled “Open.”

  5. After a moment, this window will close and the “Gorilla Custom Reports” window will appear with the selected report’s location on your hard drive, the name of your selected report, and a description of it.

  6. At this point, to finish running the report, you need to decide on some very basic information, such as whether you want to run the report on a specific selection rule, a single contact group, or a certain campaign track. Once you’ve done that, click on the “Run Report” button located to the right of the “Gorilla Custom Reports” window.
  7. Depending on the report, you’ll be asked to supply other information, such as date ranges or specific criteria to include in the report. Once you’ve done that, click the “OK” button and the report will be generated. From there, the report can be printed simply by clicking on the small printer button in the upper left corner of the report.
