How to Edit Signatory Credentials and Titles

ANSWER

  1. In Gorilla, click on Tools>Team Management.
  2. Click on Edit>System Owner and then select the Advisor's name. 

  3. On the right side of the screen, select the tab that says "Letter Merge Fields."
  4. Type in the credentials and/or title you want those fields to have. 

  5. Click the Update button at the bottom of the screen to save the changes.
