ANSWER

  1. Click on Tools>List Editor.
  2. Choose the name of the field you wish to edit.
  3. To create a new item, click on the New button at the top of the screen, or simply click into the field with the asterisk next to it.

  4. Enter in a name for the item (and description if available).
  5. If you would like to edit an item that is already in the list, just click into that field and type over what is already there.
  6. If you are Deleting, Highlight the item you want to delete and click Delete.
  7. Once you are done making your chances, click Save before closing the window.

Alternatively, you can also click into a green field and press the F4 key to bring up the editor.
When using the F4 key, it will bring up a window that will only have items for the particular field that you had highlighted.

From here, the process is the same from steps 3-7 above.
