Gorilla Crashes When Printing from a Campaign

PROBLEM

  • Gorilla crashes when printing from a Campaign.

SOLUTION

To fix this issue, you will need to set up your print tray options within Gorilla.

  1. In Gorilla, go to Tools>Options, select the Printers tab.
  2. In the first drop down, choose your printer from the list available:


  3. Next, choose which Tray to use for First Letter Page:


  4. Now choose which Tray to use for Other Letter Page:


  5. Click “Close” to save the changes.
  6. Restart Gorilla. 

If Gorilla is still crashing when printing from a campaign, you may have database issues. The database will need to be brought in for repair.

  • Call Software Support at 801-553-9888 for assistance with sending in your database.
  • Once the repair has been completed, we will call you back to help you get your repaired database restored on your network.
