What to Do After the Recent SLM Upgrades
The most recent update to the SLM was an enhancement to its filtering system. However, this change needs some user input before it can take effect in your system.
Take the following steps on each user in your system:
-
Navigate to the User settings menu and select Reset User Interface.
-
Go to the Service Level Management workspace.
-
Select Favorites.
-
Check the boxes next to the custom filters you want to add back to your SLM workspace. Click OK when finished.
