How to Run the My Contacts Recent Activities report

This report provides a printed summary of each activity that appears on the workspace of the same name. So, when you filter the workspace, the resulting report will have the same filter.

This report will provide:

  • The date each activity was last updated, and who edited it.
  • The start time and status of the activity.
  • Which people in your database the activity is with.
  • The description and notes for the activity.

  Note:

  • My Contacts Recent Activities is based on the Coverage assigned to each Household.
  • If you are not assigned to the Coverage of a Household, no activity from that Household will appear on this report for you.
  • This report will only display information for the past 90 days

To run this report:

  1. Go to the Home workspace.
  2. Click on the My Contacts Recent Activities tab.
  3. Apply the Filter you want to use for the report.
    The most common filter for this report is Status not equals Cancelled, Completed and Due Date in the Next Days (days) 7 . This shows open activities due in the next week.
  4. Click the Reports button. Select My Contacts Recent Activities Report.
  5. Select the format you want it to download in:
    • PDF will download a PDF of the report.
    • Excel will download the report in a spreadsheet format.
    • RTF will download a rich text report.
  6. Click Run Report .
