  • I’m in a Satellite/Undocked mode and can’t do some things. Why is that?

ANSWER

This is done to assist with data integrity and portability of Gorilla.
Satellite and Undocked mode(s) are generally intended to only be able to Add or Update Contacts. Also, you can setup messages to be printed.
The following items have been disabled:
  • Selection Rule Wizard
  • List Editor
  • Work Sheet Editor
  • Team Management
  • The Options Screen
  • All Campaign Functions
  • Messaging (editing and printing letters)
  • SpeedButton Editor
  • Mass SpeedButton Runs
  • Defining Office Procedures
  • Contact Group(s) Downline/Delete
  • Editing Nickname Rights
  • Email Synchronization
