PROBLEM

• I am trying to import a list, but I am getting the error “You don’t have any Import/Export functions installed. Please install them before using this function.”
  

CAUSE

This issue is a result of Gorilla having been installed as a Non-Master. Only the Master installation of Gorilla will include the Import/Export functions.

SOLUTION

There are two possible ways of going about this.

Please Note:  These instructions will only work if you have Gorilla installed locally on your computer. If you are in the cloud, you will need to call support at 801-553-9888.

1. Modify the current installation of Gorilla.
   
   1. Click on Start>Control Panel
      
      • Windows 10: Right click the Windows Logo and choose Apps & Features, then proceed to step c.
        
   2. Click on Programs and Features.
      
   3. Highlight Gorilla CRM and click on Change/Modify.
      
   4. After the Gorilla Setup starts, choose Modify and click Next.
      
   5. You will now have a screen asking you selected features.
