Gorilla Closes When Trying to Dock

PROBLEM

  • When trying to dock Gorilla, it just closes out and never actually docks. 

CAUSE

If the Sat2Mom.mdb file did not delete automatically the last time you docked, it will cause a problem with docking in the future.

SOLUTION

  1. Go to “My Computer.”
    • For Windows 10, click “Start” > “File Explorer.”
  2. Go to the Satellite Folder—usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Bill Good Marketing\Gorilla CRM FS 4.3\Database\Satellite.
  3. Delete the Sat2Mom.mdb file.
  4. Try docking again.
    • You may also need to delete the Sat2Mom.mdb file from C:\Program Files (x86)\Bill Good Marketing\Gorilla CRM FS 4.3\Playground\Database\Satellite.  

NOTE: The Gorilla folder may be different depending on the Windows version and the Gorilla version you are using.

  • 32bit windows systems will have Gorilla installed at C:\Program Files\Bill Good Marketing\Gorilla CRM FS 4.3\Database\Satellite.
