How to Add a Note

Notes

THE LAW states, “Every contact and contact attempt produces an updated record.”

By following “The Law,” you will:

  1. Be able to prove, if required, that a conversation or meeting did occur, with whom, when, and about what.
  2. Enable your team members to continue a conversation where you left off, saving both the client and your team time.
  3. Enhance relationships by proving you listen well.

In G5, the primary way to update a record is to add a note to that record.
