Login Screen is Cut Off

PROBLEM

  • When launching Gorilla, the login screen is cut off and you cannot see the username, password, or the OK button.
  • Random displacement of buttons when editing letters. 

CAUSE

This is usually caused by your screen resolution and/or appearance settings.

SOLUTION 

  1. Click Start > Settings > System. 
  2. Select “Display.” 
  3. Make sure “Change the size of text, apps, and other items” is set to 100% (recommended). 
  4. Click “Advanced Display Settings” from the bottom of the list. 
  5. Adjust Resolution to higher resolution and click on “Apply.”
  6. Launch Gorilla to test resolution, and resize again if needed. 

You should now be able to see the entire login screen for Gorilla.
