PROBLEM

• When Logging into Gorilla you get the message: 
• Program Error Intercepted "Unexpected Record Deleted".
• The above error has also been seen to come up when switching between screens in Gorilla, Example: Switching from the Finder screen into the Scheduler.

SOLUTION

1. Have everyone close out of Gorilla.
2. Run the Compact Database Utility.
   1. Click on Start>All Programs>BGM – Gorilla CRM System for Financial Services>Compact Database.
   2. Gorilla will open, and there will be two fields. The first shows you the location of your database.
   3. Click on the 3-dot box to the right of the second box, and navigate to a location to back up your database to, enter a file name, and click Open.
   4. Click OK to complete the compact procedure. You will arrive at the Gorilla login screen when the database compact is complete.
3. Log back into Gorilla, the error should now be resolved.
