ANSWER
The Info Sheet’s keywords tab provides information on keywords assigned to a chosen Contact Group. It also allows you to add to or delete a keyword from the chosen Contact Group. To access the keywords tab, you’ll need to access a Contact Group’s Info Sheet, then click the tab labeled “Keywords”. This will bring up the information for that Contact Group’s keywords.
Adding a Keyword to a Contact Group
- Click the button labeled “Add” in the lower right corner of the window. When you do, an “Add Keyword” window will appear.
- Scroll through the list of available keywords
- Highlight the one you wish to add to this Contact Group.
- Click on the button labeled “OK” to add the keyword (you can also simply double-click on the desired keyword and it will be added).
Note: You cannot add a keyword that is already assigned to the Contact Group.
Deleting a Keyword from a Contact Group
- Click on the keyword you wish to delete from the Contact Group’s record.
- Click on the button labeled “Delete” in the lower left corner of the window. A “Delete Verification” window will appear.
- Click on the button labeled “Yes” to delete the keyword from the Contact Group or the button labeled “No” to cancel the delete process and keep the keyword assigned to the Contact Group.
Note: Deleting a keyword only deletes it from the chosen Contact Group, it does not delete it from the Gorilla system.
