How to Use the Accounts Tab in Gorilla 4.x

• What do I use the Accounts tab for?
  

ANSWER

The Accounts tab is used to hold all the account information for your contact groups.

• Account Number:  Enter the account number in this field.
  
• Type:  Select the type of account this is.  This field is customizable; you can add new entries to it by clicking F4.
  
• Primary (Checkbox): Check this box if the account being entered is the primary account.
  
• Description: The description field is used to enter a description about the account.
  

To enter a new account, simply click the “New” button on the right side of the screen.  Once you have finished adding the new account information, click “Save.”

To edit an account entry, highlight the account you wish to edit, and make the necessary changes to it.  Once you have made the changes, click “Save"
