How to Link Scanned Documents to Gorilla®
QUESTIONS THAT APPLY TO THIS TOPIC
- How do I link a scanned document to a CG’s info sheet?
ANSWER
- On your computer, create a folder for the CG that contains the scanned documents you want to access from the Info Sheet.
- Take note of the address where the documents are located.
- For all users to be able to access the documents, a folder should be created on the network drive.
- In Gorilla, open the Info Sheet for the CG.
- On the Info Sheet enter the address to the network drive in the field next to the globe icon.
- i.e. if the network location is G:\Gorilla Info\Clients\DaVinci, Leo, enter that in the field.
- To access the file from the info sheet, click the globe icon and it will open the folder location indicated.
- If the globe icon is grayed out, check that there is info in the field to the left, and that it is the accurate location.
