How to Set up Printer Trays in Gorilla® 4.x

  • How do I set up Gorilla to print to a different printer tray in Gorilla 4.x? 

ANSWER

  1. In Gorilla, go to the Tools menu and choose options
  2. Switch to the Printer’s Tab.
  3. In the drop down menu, select the printer that you would like the set the tray settings for.

    • Note: When opening this page, you will always see a blank page. To ensure that your settings have been saved, you must re-select the printer each time you go to this page.
  4. Select the corresponding tray settings under Printer Trays.

  5. Click close to ensure that your settings are saved.

 NOTE: If no print trays appear after selecting the printer from the drop-down list of printer options, have everyone exit Gorilla and repair the database via the Analyzer and Fixer.
