ANSWER

To restore from a backup, please follow the instructions below:
  1. Open a File Explorer window and browse to the location of your database.
  2. Create a new folder named Old Databases.
  3. Drag and drop your current Database file into the new folder.
  4. Open another File Explorer window and browse to your backup location.
  5. Find and open the most recent compressed (zipped) folder.
  6. Right click on the .mdb file and choose Copy.
  7. Open the other File Explorer window, right click in an empty area and choose Paste.

Please Note: You can also drag and drop instead of Copy and Paste.

If your backup database file has a different name than the old database:

  1. Right click on the .mdb file and choose rename.
  2. Enter in your normal database name (i.e. B43.mdb).

You may now open Gorilla and use as normal. If you have problems after running thru these steps, please call Software Support at 801-553-9888.
