How to Reassign Actions

  • I just replaced one of my System Users. How do I reassign his actions to the new user?

ANSWER

Fortunately, actions are not assigned to specific System Users. They are assigned to Staffgroups. All you need to do is add the new System User to the Staffgroups that the old System User was a member of.
  1. Open Team Management and add the new System User.
    • If you need instructions on doing so, see the article on adding new system users.
  2. Highlight the Staffgroup that has the old System User as a member.
  3. On the right hand side check the box next to the new System User’s name.
    • If necessary, uncheck the box next to the old System User’s name.
  4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for all Staff Groups that have the old System User.
  5. If the old System User no longer works with you, go to Edit and click on System User, On the Right-hand side Uncheck Active, and check Restricted Access.
  6. If any Staffgroup’s name is the same as the old System User, you can change it by highlighting the Staffgroup and Editing the Staffgroup Name Field on the left.
