How to Mark Multiple Actions as Done in Gorilla 4.x

How to Mark Multiple Actions as Done in Gorilla 4.x

QUESTIONS THAT APPLY TO THIS TOPIC

  • I have a lot of overdue actions that I’d like to mark as “Done.”  Can I do that all at once or does it have to be one by one?

ANSWER

  1. Open Gorilla and log in.
  2. Go to the Scheduler screen.
  3. Verify that the filter is set to only show the actions you would like to see.
    1. Select only “Actions” in the Item Type tab.

  4. Select the User(s) that you wish to mark items done for.  For example, if you are cleaning up the Advisor’s schedule, only have the Advisor selected.

  5. Check the “Include Overdue” box located near the top right of the screen next to the date field.

  6. On the bottom portion of the screen you should now see all actions assigned to the Users selected in the filter.  You can expand the bottom portion of the screen if needed. To do so, put your cursor on the divider line between the top and bottom portion of the Scheduler screen.

  7. Highlight all items you wish to mark as “Done.”  You can do this one of three ways:
    1. Highlight the top action and then scroll down to the last action you would like to select.  Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and then click on the last action.  That will highlight all actions between the first one you highlighted and the last one.
    2. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and left-click on each action you’d like to mark as done.
    3. Select one action at a time to mark as done.
  8. Once all items you would like to delete are highlighted right-click on any highlighted item and select Action Status>Mark Done.
