Actions are not Syncing into Outlook from Gorilla 4.5

PROBLEM

  • Actions are not syncing to Outlook from Gorilla 4.5 even with a purge and reload.

CAUSE

There is no known cause, but it generally affects just the Recurring Actions.

SOLUTION

The actions that are not syncing just need to be updated before the Gorilla Outlook Sync tool will recognize them.

  1. Open the action item in Gorilla
  2. Without making any changes, click on Add/Update.
  3. Repeat these steps for any action that is not syncing.
  4. Run the Gorilla Outlook Sync tool again.
