Downloading a Script or Checklist from the Bill Good Marketing website, unzipping it if needed and installing it to the Document Manager using the step by step process described below.

Downloading a Script or Checklist:

  1. Go to the desired file(s) located on BGM website.
  2. Select the Download option for that file(s).
  3. When prompted, save the file(s) to your desktop or other easily accessible location.

(Optional) Unzipping a Script or Checklist:

  1. If the file(s) is in a .zip file you will need to unzip it before installing. If the .one file is not zipped you can skip this section and go to the Installing a Script or Checklist in the Document Manager section.
  2. Right click on the .zip file and choose Extract all...
  3. Select your desktop or other easily accessible location.

Installing a Script or Checklist in the Document Manager:

  1. Before starting anything, do a database backup.
    • For instructions on doing a backup, see the Knowledgebase article How to do a Backup in Gorilla 4.
    • WARNING: Do not proceed with the following steps until you have a weekly backup of your Gorilla Database and Data folders and have read these instructions completely.
  2. Go to Messaging→Document Manager or press F6.
  3. From the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the Document Manager, choose Scripts/Checklists.

  4. If you are importing a new or updated version of a script or checklist that already exists, you need to delete the current version first.
    • In the search box, search the name of the file you are deleting and press Enter.
    • Right click on the file and choose Delete.
    • When asked if you are sure you want to delete the file, choose YES.
  5. From the Import button/menu, choose Import Documents.

  6. Locate the file(s) where you saved it and select it.
  7. Choose OPEN.
  8. Choose OK
