How to Customize a One-Time Message in Gorilla®

  • I have a letter I would like to send through Gorilla, but I want to make somechanges just this once.  How do I do that?

ANSWER

  1. Fill out the Message Setup as usual until you are back at the Summary page.
  2. In the bottom panel of the Summary page, select Send Now

  3. Check Customize Message. 

  4. Click Finish.
  5. A window will pop up asking you to pick the printer you’d like to use. 
  6. Select the appropriate printer.
  7. In the Send Manager you will be prompted to click continue to customize your letter.

  8. Microsoft Word will open with your letter ready to be customized. 
  9. Make the required changes to the text.
  10. After making all changes and proofing, choose File→Save.
  11. DO NOT close Word! Minimize Word. 
  12. Back in the Send Manager, click Continue.  This will send the message to the printer selected above.
