Contact Group Name Keeps Showing Up on the “No Contact” List
PROBLEM
- Contact Group name keeps showing up on the “No Contact” List.
CAUSE
When updating a contact if the “Update Last Contact” was not checked when the Note was entered, then the last contact date will not update.
SOLUTION
Add a new Note that triggers the “Update Last Contact” field (Incoming Call, Outgoing Call or Meeting). Check the box next to Update Last Contact, and update the Note.
