How to Delete an Individual from a Contact Group in Gorilla®

  • How do I delete an individual from a contact group in Gorilla 4?

ANSWER

You can delete an individual through the maintain contact group screen.

  1. From the finder, right click on the contact group the individual belongs to and select Maintain Contact Group Section then select Individual .
  2. On the bottom of the screen, highlight the individual you wish to delete.
  3. Click the delete button on the bottom right.
    1. Note : This will only remove the individual from the Contact Group, it will not delete them from the database.
  4. To delete the individual from the database, go back to the Finder and select the Individual Folder (located under the list fields, and above the selection rules ).

  5. Highlight the individual that you want to delete from the list of individuals.
  6. From the individual menu at the top of the screen, select Delete Individual .
