Unexpected ‘Index Out of Bounds’ Error After Deleting an Individual Record from a Contact Group

PROBLEM

  • After deleting an Individual from a Contact Group record, you get the error “Program Error Intercepted, An unexpected 'index out of bounds' error occurred in GorillaCRM.”

CAUSE

This is error is due to the Individual being deleted having an active Office Procedure, such as a Birthday Procedure.

SOLUTION

  1. Go into the Info Sheet of the Contact Group that the Individual belongs to.
  2. From the History Tab, right click on the Office Procedure associated to the Individual and then choose Action Status>Mark Done.
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for all Office Procedures associated to the Individual.

You should now be able to delete the Individual.
