My Contacts’ Recent Activities
This is a tab found on the Home workspace.
It works a lot like the Activities tab in a Household, with two major differences:
- It displays activities from all Contacts that have you as part of their coverage team.
- It only displays activities from the past 90 days.
Any activities that do not meet both criteria at the same time will not show up in this space.
You can also apply and save filters to this space, just like you would with the Activities tab in a Household.
Once you have filtered this screen the way you want, you can even run a report of the activities there.
