How to Set a Schedule for a Report

Any report in the Reports workspace can have a schedule set for it. What this means is that you can choose a set interval that the report will run itself, then email itself to one or more recipients.

To set a schedule for a report:

  • In order to set a schedule for a report, you must be logged into an account that has Sendgrid set up.

  1. Open the Reports workspace.
  2. Click on the name of the report you want to schedule to open it.
  3. Click on the Settings tab.
  4. Choose the Frequency you want the report emailed to you.
  5. Type the Date and Time you want to be sent it the first time in the Next Scheduled Time field.
  6. Check the Has Scheduled End Time box and set a time, if you want this schedule to last for a set time then expire. Otherwise leave this unchecked.
  7. Enter the email address of each person you want to receive this report in the Email Address Targets field. Separate each one by a semicolon.
  8. Click Set Schedule.
