How to Check Who Has Been Assigned as the Head of Household

How to Check Who Has Been Assigned as the Head of Household

  1. Go to the Contact workspace.
  2. Click the Households button.
  3. Click the Status button.
  4. Check the box for Client. Click Apply.

      Note:

    • Large projects are always more manageable when they are broken down into smaller pieces. This is why we have you start with just Clients.
    • Once you have done this process with your clients, repeat it with each of the other options in the Status filter, one at a time.
  5. The Head of Household column shows you who has been assigned to that role. If no name is listed in this column, no one has been assigned that role for that household.
  6. To add a Head of Household, see our How to Assign Household Roles article.
