How to Add a Workflow Action to a Step When you Activate a Campaign
Sometimes a specific campaign will need you to add an additional action. This is done when you activate the campaign.
- Set up the Campaign.
- Add the chosen Workflow to the Campaign.
- Customize one of the steps by adding an additional Workflow Action, as shown below.
Click More Actions on the step you want to customize. Click Edit.
Click Add in the Workflow Actions box.
Create the new Workflow Action, as if you were adding it to the template.
These additions to the Campaign Workflow will be for this instance of the Campaign and will not impact the Campaign Workflow. This means that you can run a future instance of the Campaign without these custom actions.
If you wish to permanently add this step to all future versions of this Campaign workflow, you can add those actions to the workflow template as well.
