How to Add a Workflow to a Campaign

Go to the Campaign Workspace and click on the name of the campaign you want to configure.

Replace the default campaign workflow with the one your campaign uses.

Click the Select Template button.

Check the circle next to the workflow template for this campaign, click OK, then click Select Template to confirm your choice.

Use the More Actions button next to each Participant Status with a caution icon. Select the letter to send in that step. Repeat for each caution icon.

Use the More Actions button next to each Participant Status that you want to add a workflow activity to.

  Note:

  • This is the time to add any custom activities that you need. For example, Tasks that need their start and end date set for the specific campaign instance are added at this time.

EXAMPLE: In the Reply Card campaign:

  • Attach the promotional letter to the 1-RC Promotion status.
  • Attach the thank you letter to 3-RC Not Interested, 3-RC Response 1, or 3-RC Response 2.
  • Add an Outgoing Call Task to 3-RC Response 2 to schedule the meeting that kind of reply requested.
