Unexpected Disk or Network Error

PROBLEM

  • "Program Error Intercepted an unexpected 'disk or network error.' error occurred in GorillaCRM. 1 error(s) are logged.”

CAUSE

This is normally caused by the network or network drives disconnecting while Gorilla is open. 

SOLUTION

  1. Verify you can access your network Gorilla share location by browsing to the location in a File Explorer window.
    • If you cannot, contact your IT for assistance in reconnecting to your network.
  2. Once you open your share location, try to copy and paste any file into the folder.
    • If you cannot or receive errors in doing so, contact your IT about possible permission issues with your Windows User Account.
  3. If you are able to do these steps without errors, close and reopen Gorilla.
