PROBLEM

• When trying to compact the database using the Gorilla Compact Database utility, you get the message ‘Error 0.’

SOLUTION

1. Point your real Gorilla at the Playground database file.
   • In Gorilla, click Tools>Options>Directories.
   • Click on the three dot box next to Database and then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Bill Good Marketing\Gorilla CRM FS 4.3\Playground\Database\B43.mdb.
     • Note: This path will be different depending on your version of Gorilla.
   • Click “Close.” You will get a message that Gorilla has to restart.  Click “OK.”
2. Now run the Compact Database utility.
3. Once it is finished, repoint Gorilla at your real database file on the network.
4. Run the Compact Database utility again.
