This Key is already Associated with an Element of this Collection

PROBLEM

  • When running the Action To-Do report in Gorilla you get the message:
    "An Unexpected 'this key is already associated with an element of this collection' error occurred in GorillaCRM."

CAUSE

This is caused if the due action is associated (attached) to a folder History item, such as an Objective, Opportunity, or Office Procedure in the CG’s Info Sheet, where the folder History item is not visible in the History Tree and is only visible in the History List View.

SOLUTION

The database will need to be brought in for repair.

  • Call Software Support at 801-553-9888 for assistance with sending in your database.
  • Once the repair has been completed, we will call you back to help you get your repaired database restored on your network.
  • Note : All database repairs have a 24 hour turnaround time.
