The Schedule Workspace is the CRM’s calendar.
The Monthly Reduced Calendar shows you the days of the month. It indicates today’s date with a blue circle and highlights the days the main calendar is focused on in green.
Schedules allows you to choose the calendars of the team members you want to view. You can use the Edit button to add Users to your list. Use the toggle next to each name to toggle that User’s calendar on or off.
On the Main Calendar you can see all of the items that have been scheduled for the User whose calendar you are looking at.
The Add a Scheduled Item button allows you to create new scheduled items on the calendar.
The Reports button lets you run a variety of reports specific to the schedule workspace.
More Actions lets you do several things, including giving other Users permission to schedule items on your calendar, and change the view between day, workweek, week, and month.
