The Remote Data (frmMainForm) is not Accessible
PROBLEM
- When clicking "Save and Exit to Gorilla", a window pops up with the error window:
Microsoft Word
The remote data (frmMainForm) is not accessible. Do you want to start the application Baseline 2.1?
CAUSE
The problem occurs when editing a .ONE file outside of Gorilla, so Gorilla and Word miscommunicate when updating it in the Document Manager.
SOLUTION
Import the Letter as per the instructions in the knowledgebase article: Manually Download and Install a Letter.
Or just click File>Save if you are purposefully editing the file outside of Gorilla (i.e. for sending to compliance).
- You will get an error "Using this command does not return you to Gorilla or record Merge Field changes there. Do you want to save document now?"
- Click "Yes" on this error and it will save outside of Gorilla.
